This year I decided to try something I've never done and offer a Veterans day mini sessions. I live in Yelm, WA, it's a small town and has a healthy population of military families. It has been a real eye opening experience for me to see how much these families sacrifice. I never realized how many men and women are deployed throughout the whole world and for such long periods of time.

The Strate kids were fun, easy going and up for any of my suggestions. They were a photographers dream. It was easy to see they are a tight knit and loving family.
